Complete new Coachella Quests in Fortnite to earn free rewards. Plus hop into a special creative island to enjoy the festival experience from home.

As leaked earlier this month, Epic Games has linked up with the Coachella Music and Arts Festival for another Fortnite collab. The news has now been officially announced, along with more details about what we can expect.

Head down to the new Coachella Island map to complete Fortnite Coachella Quests and unlock a bunch of cool in-game goodies. The first set of Quests will be available from April 14 at 3 PM ET until April 28 at 12 PM ET. A second set will go live on April 21 at 12 PM ET, ending at the same time.

Coachella Quests Week 1

  • Soar in the Sky Stream at Coachella Island (36,000)

  • Hop on Jump Pads at Coachella Island (1)

  • Collect Coins around Coachella Island (5)

  • Collect hidden Music Notes in the Mirage Speedrun at Coachella Island (4)

Coachella Quests Week 2

  • Launch Fireworks at Coachella Island (3)

  • Use a Spray at Coachella Island (1)

Fortnite Coachella Quest Rewards

  • Complete 1 Coachella Island Quest: Coachella Sunset Spray

  • Complete 3 Coachella Island Quests: Cact-eye Emoticon

  • Complete 5 Coachella Island Quests: Look At The Sky Lobby Track & Hi-Fi Cacti Spray

Fortnite x Coachella Challenge – Coachella Island Loading Screen

Fancy another reward? Go to the Fortnite x Coachella website, log in with your Epic Games account, and complete an in-game task to earn the Coachella Island Loading Screen.

You only need to do one challenge:

Ride a vehicle in Battle Royale or Zero Build for 1,000 units of distance.

The Fortnite x Coachella Challenge is live now and ends on April 23 at 11:59 PM ET.

So, you probably noticed that all of the Coachella Quests involve visiting Coachella Island, but what is it?

Coachella Island is a special Fortnite Creative map packed with minigames, fun things to do, art, and of course, a great soundtrack. Songs by Porter Robinson will be playing as you explore the Island and complete your Quests.

The map was designed by Alliance Studios and will be available via the Discovery tab from April 14 at 3 PM ET to April 28 at 12 PM ET. You can also use the island code 5449-4207-1280.

New Coachella Skins in Fortnite

To add to the Coachella celebration, a selection of fresh cosmetics arrive in the Item Shop on April 13 at 8 PM ET.

The Sunset Alto Outfit comes with a bonus Aurora Visualizer alt Style that reacts to music. Its matching Sunset Swirl Back Bling and Crystalline Cactus Pickaxe are also reactive to music.

Desert Dawn Lyric has a reactive Aurora Visualizer alt Style too, so you’ll be festival ready in no time! Complete the look with her Airflow Vibes Back Bling and Electropalm Staff Pickaxe.
