Fortnite x Destiny 2 collab includes 3 Outfits, new Control game mode & more

Showcase your inner Guardian inside the everchanging world of Fortnite.

Two gaming universes collide as the Legends of Light and Dark arrive in Fortnite. To celebrate Destiny 2 being added to the Epic Games Store, look out for collaborations across Fortnite, Destiny, and Fall Guys.

New Commander Zavala, Ikora Rey, and Exo Stranger skins will be available in the Fortnite Item Shop from 8PM ET, August 23. Plus, hop into Creative mode for a fresh gameplay experience!

Destiny Outfits

There’s three popular Destiny characters to choose from. Each of them with its own unique set of accessories, some of which are included when you buy the skin.

Commander Zavala

• Targe Back Bling (Included with Commander Zavala Outfit)

• Crown-Splitter Pickaxe

Ikora Rey

• Ophiuchus Back Bling (Included with Ikora Rey Outfit)

• Black Talon Pickaxe

Exo Stranger

• Pouka Back Bling (Included with Exo Stranger Outfit)

• The Lament Pickaxe

You can also purchase the Sparrow Glider, which has a Style for each of the skins. These are called the Zavala Shader, Ikora Shader, and Exo Stranger Shader.

Pick up the Investigate Emote to summon a “Ghost” device to scan your location.

Control mode on Javelin-4

The crossover doesn’t end with cosmetics. Fan favourite Destiny map “Javelin-4” has also received the Fortnite treatment.

Thanks to creator team PWR, you can access the new Guardian Zone Control: Javelin-4 map via the Discover screen, or by typing in the map code 0642-9767-7225.

In this team-based mode, wield different loadouts with awesome ultimate abilities, and take hold of control points. The more you hold, the quicker your score will increase. First to 200 points gets the victory.

If you're a Destiny player, you'll also be able to buy Destiny skins based on the Black Knight, Drift, and Oblivion from Fortnite.
