The BRUTE exploits keep on coming. This time, we have a farming exploit and an exploit that lets you ride a Driftboard while on a mech.

The BRUTE is the most broken item Epic has ever added to Fortnite. At this point, no one disagrees with this statement.

Let's review what you can do in the BRUTE:

  • Jump and boost to increase mobility
  • Farm to maximum materials without worrying about getting shot
  • Shoot 10 rockets that don't damage the BRUTE when they explode close by
  • Fire shotgun rounds that have surprising range

Did I miss something? Oh ya, the list of exploits and bugs that the BRUTE has. We've already seen a bug that makes it invisible along with a few exploits people have used to use the boos across the map.

Now, we have a couple more exploits on our hands ahead of the v10.10 patch.

Farming Exploit

This Block location gives 999 brick with 1 Step. That's kind of OP. from r/FortNiteBR

This exploit seems like it's only temporary since The Block will change with the coming update. Still, if this problem exists right now it could exist in the future.

The Block is usually one of the best locations on the map for materials, but this is insane. One stomp with the mech can get you from 0 to 999 brick.

The Driftboard Exploit

You can ride your teammates’ drift board if you’re in a big metal boi from r/FortNiteBR

If you're looking to traverse the map at high-speed, all you have to do is hop on a Driftboard with your BRUTE and zoom away.

This exploit is more practical than the first and is especially troubling for those playing Trio Arena.

In Trios, one player can ride the Driftboard while the other two sit in the mech and fire away. Now, a whole Trio team can ride the mech together.

Fortunately, Epic employee EmptyTux commented on this post saying, "I've sent this off to our QA team for investigation :)"

With the v10.10 update delayed, we can only wait for Epic to take action on the overpowered BRUTE. The bad news is that recent comments suggest they won't be doing much.
