Fortnite x My Hero Academia: Deku’s Smash Mythic, Free cosmetics & new skins

The highly anticipated Fortnite x My Hero Academia is finally live! Look out for a new Mythic item, Quests with in-game rewards, and more.

As teased in the Chapter 4 trailer, popular manga series My Hero Academia is coming to Fortnite. Epic is not holding back with the collabs right now, earlier this week, MrBeast announced his own $1M tournament.

Whether you’re a fan of My Hero or not, you’ll want to know about the key changes from Friday’s update:

Deku’s Smash Mythic & New Supply Drops

Use the Deku’s Smash item to pounce on your enemies with a powerful punch, dealing plenty of damage to players and structures alike.

They can be found in special My Hero Academia Vending Machines around the map, or from new All Might Supply Drops.

My Hero Academia Quests - Earn free cosmetics

Complete My Hero Academia Quests in Battle Royale/Zero Build and the new Hero Training Gym Creative island to unlock in-game rewards.

• Complete the “Assist in Eliminating Opponents on the Hero Training Gym island” Quest (island code: 6917-7775-5190) to earn the Deku Spray

• Complete the “Secure Rescue Points on the Hero Training Gym island” (island code: 6917-7775-5190) Quest to earn the PLUS ULTRA Spray

• Complete a total of four My Hero Academia Quests to earn the Deku’s Glove Emoticon

• Complete a total of eight My Hero Academia Quests to earn the U.A. Cape Back Bling

These Quests are available until December 29 at 7 PM ET. The Hero Training Gym map by Zen Creative will see you choose a class and battle another team for Rescue Points, of course using Deku’s Smash along the way.

My Hero Academia Fortnite skins

Four new Outfits are now live in the Item Shop, each with their own matching accessories.

Izuku Midoriya

Use Midoriya’s built-in Emote to transform into his alt Style. The reactive All Might Collectible Back Bling is included with the skin. Complete the look with the Blackwhip Axe Pickaxe, available separately.

All Might

Comes with the Principal Nezu Back Bling and a built-in Emote to switch into his Pro-Hero Style. You can also purchase the All Smite Pickaxe.

Katsuki Bakugo

Includes Hero Alt Style and the Grenade Backpack Back Bling. The Cluster Buster Pickaxe is part of the set, but requires an additional purchase.

Ochaco Uraraka

Rounding out the collection of heroes is Ochaco Uraraka. Her Uravity Booster Back Bling comes with the skin, and you can get the Uravity Smasher Pickaxe too if you really want to look the part!
