FNCS Invitational 2022: FaZe K1NG interviewed by SUJA

A few days ago, Argentinian Fortnite superstar Thiago "K1NG" Bautista Lapp was invited to participate in an interview with SUJA, one of Spain's most popular content creators ever, and, Gorilon, a Fortnite Coach and content creator on SUJA's twitch channel. The young player, just 16 years old, discussed the FNCS Invitational 2022 with the two hosts.

What's your opinion about the invites to this event?

"I didn't think I was going to be invited because of how I performed in the last FNCS. I saw there were not enough spots and that they had invited MrSavage so I opened fortnite and I saw they invited me too, I wasn't expecting that."

Do you think you deserve to be participating in this invitational?

"Yes, I think I do. I didn't have good results in the last FNCS but I performed well in the other FNCS and also in LANs. I am ready to prove to those who do not think so the opposite."

Do you have any amulets or rites for tournaments?

"I don't have any amulets or cabala but I always take the argentinian flag to all the tournaments I go to."

If you kill someone in mid-game, will we see a smile on the camera, a dance or something?

"It depends on how I kill him "

How does it feel to be among the few players who have competed at the world cup who will also compete in this event?

"The truth is that we are all the same, and we can win. It is not that because I was in the last world cup, I will win. When I went to the last world cup, I had another mentality, and I was very young, Now it is different because I already have experience and I will not have nerves."

How did you react when you heard that you would not be able to play with Seeyun, did this affect you somehow?

"When Seeyun told me he couldn't travel because he didn't has a visa, Ed texted me and said he could get a visa and I instantly said yes and no one else crossed my mind as a possibility".

Which in-ear headphones are you going to use?

"I will use the hyperx in ear, I haven't tried them yet but I'm going to buy them there in the USA".

What are your top 3 duos?

"My top 3 duos in no order are EpikWhale and Reet, Vadeal and Jannis and me and my duo."

What duo scares you the most?

"It depends; I feel like Malibuca and Merstach could do so well. But if I will play high on an end game, I would be scared of aqua."
