Triggerfish brings you the Fortnite Fishing Frenzy!

There’s a brand-new event coming this weekend, grab your fishing rod and compete to win an awesome prize!

If you see yourself as a top tier angler, then the Fortnite Fishing Frenzy may be perfect for you. Starting on Friday 22 at 7pm ET, players can take part in game for a chance to win a real-life, engraved Llama Trophy.

There will be one winner for each server region in the following categories:

Top Angler

• Catch the most fish in a single match during the competition

• One champion per regional server

• Awarded an engraved Llama Trophy

Small Fry Champion

• Catch the most Small Fry during the competition

• One champion per regional server

• Awarded an engraved Llama Trophy

Flopper Champion

• Catch the most Floppers during the competition

• One champion per regional server

• Awarded an engraved Llama Trophy

Slurpfish Champion

• Catch the most Slurpfish during the competition

• One champion per regional server

• Awarded an engraved Llama Trophy

Mythic Goldish = Instant Prize

• Anyone that catches the Mythic Goldfish will receive a Bottom Dweller Pickaxe!

Getting Hooked on Fishing

• Anyone that participates during the competition window will get the Play to Win spray

• Use a Fishing Rod during the contest times

• Start Date: Friday, November 22 at 8am ET

• End Date: Sunday, November 24 at 8pm ET

The key rules to remember are that you must be at least 13 years old to enter and need to have 2 Factor Authentication enabled. Only fishes caught with a fishing rod will count, so don’t try to be clever and use a Harpoon Gun!

Alongside the launch of the Fortnite Fishing Frenzy event, the long awaited Triggerfish skin will be available in the item shop. This combat-ready fish means business, so if you want to look the part for this weekend’s competition, he’s your man…or fish.
