Epic Releases Third Season 9 Teaser

Season 9 is only hours away, and the official Fortnite social media channels have released the final teaser. But, what does it mean?

Epic Games has been teasing the new Fortnite season through promotional images that each contain a letter. Today, they released the final image in the set on social media.

The Future is Tilted.

The accompanying text "The Future is Tilted" almost certainly relates to the resurrection of Tilted Towers. This fits perfectly with the tweet from Epic Games Creative Director yesterday, "From the ashes.." which suggested Tilted - and possibly Retail - would rise from their destroyed state.

The (presumably) final word of Season 9 is "NEO," Which likely refers to a new beginning for Fortnite. Of course, this is cryptic as ever and we can only speculate as to the ultimate meaning.

Fortnite Season 9 releases tomorrow, so make sure to finish those Overtime challenges while you still can.
