MrSavage reminisced of the good times with NRG, closing this chapter of his life, saying “This last year with NRG has been amazing, now I'm on to a new chapter in my life. Nothing but great experiences from NRG, you will always have a special place in my heart. BIG announcement to be made soon.”
The announcement caught the entire world off guard. MrSavage was and still is one of the most successful players for NRG - how could they have let Savage go? Junior NRG player Vraxooo displayed his surprise in a reply

To an extent, Savage’s departure marks an official end to the Benjyfishy x MrSavage era. From signing to the same team and playing the 2019 duo World Cup together - to drifting farther apart faster than I can blink. Truly a memorable and emotional thought
Regardless, the last portion of Savage’s announcement… he mentions some sort of “BIG announcement.” Could he be moving to a new org? Don’t let me do all the speculating, because social media is already doing that job for me

No matter what, one thing's for certain: this move is HUGE! Players from all around the globe are chiming their $.02 in, with conspiracies and ideas of what exactly went down behind the scenes. Although we won’t entertain those here at FortniteTracker, I hope that the relationship between Savage and NRG isn’t in bad blood
