Epic announced the Fortnite X Batman release date and more details of the event have been leaked.
Epic has officially announced the Fortnite X Batman crossover coming this weekend. They have posted the official reveal date, so we can all tune-in to see what's in store for Batman Day.
We've already seen several leaks surrounding the new event, but more and more keep piling in. Most recently, the Item Shop, Lobby, and a new sound pack have been found in the game files.

The Fortnite X Batman reveal is taking place on the official Fortnite YouTube page tomorrow morning at 8 AM EST. The chat is already active in there; getting ready for the announcement.
September 21 is Batman day, which is why this is all going down tomorrow.
I have a massive concern about this announcement, though. The FCS Grand Finals are happening this weekend. If this reveal triggers a live event - adding new items and POI to Fortnite - the competitive community is going to lose it.

The lobby is getting big changes with the Fortnite X Batman update. This is going to be an awesome week+ of the Fortnite lobby.
It will also likely be joined by the new Batman music pack. Hypex couldn't find a rarity attached to this pack, so I assume everyone will have it for the length of the Fortnite X Batman event.

The Shop is also getting a makeover, with the signature Bat-Signal in the sky behind the cosmetics that will be for sale.
Hopefully, we'll see some Batman cosmetics in front of this new backdrop. According to the leaks, though, the cosmetics for this crossover will be a bundle in the store for real money rather than in the shop.
