Although we were expecting a change with the v10.31 content update, final circles are still finishing in Moisty Palms.
We got a small content update today, and most of the sizable changes seemed to only affect mobile players.
The only significant change that came with the v10.31 content update was the alteration of final circles. Epic changed this mechanic to move them away from Rift Zones, which would eliminate the problem of Taco Time and Prop Hunt ruining the late-game - especially in competitive.
Well, within a few hours of the patch being live, players have already found a problem with this change. Apparently, final circles are still finishing in and around Moisty Palms.

This is particularly troubling in Arena Mode where the zone moves at the end of the match. Even if the zone doesn't end directly in one of the Rift Zones, it could push that way as it moves around the map.
It's disappointing that the one standout update this patch gave us doesn't seem to work. Epic has yet to comment on this issue as of this writing.
