Everyone's favorite mechanical killing machine has been re-enabled in all game modes. Hooray!
Epic Games disabled the BRUTE in all game modes on September 11, citing an unnamed bug as their reasoning.
For 24 hours, Fortnite players everywhere enjoyed blissful, mech-free gameplay. I even got to play Arena with one of my friends who refuses to play when the BRUTE is activated.
Unfortunately, that dream was short-lived. Epic put the mech back into the game on September 12, only one day after it was removed.
The B.R.U.T.E. has been re-enabled in all playlists.

We knew this was coming, but it's sad nonetheless. The mech is back and will be here until someone discovers another game-breaking glitch.
On the bright side, we can get our "Boogie Down" challenges complete. One of them requires you to dance in a mech - so, there's that.
