The Fortnite Marshmello concert was one of the best in-game events Epic has ever hosted. Rumors have it that they're doing it again, this time with Diplo and Major Lazer.
The in-game Fortnite Marshmello concert was an event that nobody knew they wanted.
I went into the concert fully expecting it to be lame and cheesy. What I got was pure entertainment, far surpassing my expectations. I loved it, despite myself.
Now, popular Fortnite leaker and content creator @Hypex has started stirring the rumor mill with the news of a possible follow-up concert. This time, it looks like Major Lazer might be involved, and Marshmello may or may not be attached.
There might be another concert in fortnite, Possibly with @MAJORLAZER, and maybe with Marshmello again too i'll show y'all all the files related to it in a bit :D!

Apparently, there was a MajorLazerDance emote that was added and removed from the Fortnite game files. After the Season 10 patch, though, the files were updated - pointing to a possible new concert featuring the group.
so y'all remember the "MajorLazerDance" emote that was added in 9.4 then removed in v10? it didn't have animations so we couldn't leak how to looks like, but in v10 update those files and many more got updated and those were used in the Mello event.. maybe a new concert? or POI ? pic.twitter.com/bHA6kwkfBd

This isn't Major Lazer's only attachment to Fortnite. Their most popular member, Diplo, tweeted about his in-game Fortnite name on July 31, the day before Season 10 went live.
whoever has my name on @FortniteGame can I has?

All of this is speculation at this point. We'll have to wait and see if any announcements are made. I, for one, will be keeping a keen eye on that Twitter "Likes" tab from Major Lazer and Diplo.
