With only a few weeks left in Season 9, players are finding all kinds of hints that point to what the season-ending event might be. Take a look at everything we know about the Cattus event so far.
We're on the back half of Season 9 right now, which usually means the calm before the storm in terms of event news. We haven't gotten much in the way of in-game hints, but players have been doing a bit of digging in their free time and come up with a few hidden gems.
One player already posted an image to Reddit that showed Pressure Plant with the doors taken off. There appears to be a cage underneath the plant, which could be large enough to house the monster that broke Polar Peak and headed to the water.
Other players also noticed a little clue when they went into Replay Mode. The Singularity mask is sitting at Pressure Plant - the same mask we saw during the Unvaulting event.
You can now also see the mask of Singularity at Pressure Plant, but it can only be seen in the Replay mode! pic.twitter.com/ZYmbxQk5Ox

That's not all, though. We also saw some leaked images that appear to be propaganda posters with an old-school feel to them.
Could the Season 9 event catapult us from the future into the past?
The posters don't reveal too much but appear to be connected to the incoming event.
With the new pressure plant stuff came these "propaganda" images in Athena/Events/CattusDoggus/ so possibly event related pic.twitter.com/HZS9ieDCDS

When you combine these posters with the area found under Pressure Plant, it looks more like a bunker than it does a cage. The Fortnite map might be getting hit by something even larger than the volcano from Season 8.
These posters seem to have a theme to them: get off the ground. The posters want us to build, fly, and hover off of the ground, suggesting something is going to hit us hard.
We'll let you know when the diligent Fortnite player base uncovers more about the Season 9 - Season 10 event. Until then, follow us on Twitter @FortniteTracker.
