Tyler "Ninja" Blevins is commonly seen as the "most infamous Fortnite player" in the games' history. His notorious rise to fame worked in tandem with the hottest game on the market in 2018

The mega-creator has since largely moved on from Fortnite, coming back from time to time for short periods. For Ninja, Fortnite plays third fiddle behind Riot's Valorant and even League of Legends

As Ninja's taste in games has matured, so has his target audience. What I'm trying to say is that most of his crazed Fortnite viewers moved on from his content the moment Fortnite wasn't the focal point

In purge-like fashion, Ninja's viewership nose-dived by as much as 90% during this transition period. This includes the Mixer fiasco, where Ninja walked away with an estimated $30 million as a result of Microsoft shutting down the service

Recently, Ninja took another opportunity to flex his favorable financial situation by reminiscing his peak earnings from Fortnite's coveted Support-A-Creator fund

In the video, Ninja notes how lucrative Support-A-Creator was. At peak, he was raking in over $5 million a month. It's currently unknown whether or not this took place during a triple-earning period such as Share the Love. Regardless, a single revenue stream outputting an ungodly amount of money is quite impressive

Between combined YouTube, Twitch, SaC, global merchandising, and brand deals, Ninja must have been making north of $10 million per month in his prime

I guess this proves that gaming does pay, kids
