This simple Bouncer trick could save your life

Learning this quick edit could come in handy in all sorts of situations.

With such a wide range of weapons, traps and other loot available in Fortnite, players are always coming up with new ways to outplay their opponents. Some of these strategies require a lot of setup or multiple items to pull off, but all you need for this one is a Bouncer.

Reddit user u/metdonis recently shared a trick with the r/FortniteCompetitive subreddit, garnering plenty of positive responses. The video shows how you can use a certain edit to easily destroy a Bouncer straight after you use it.

• For this move to work, you will need to place a floor and a wall, and then stick your Bouncer on the wall.

• Next, select an edit on the two floor tiles touching the wall, but don’t confirm the edit yet.

• Finally, run into the Bouncer as you usually would, and confirm the edit just as you hit it. This will break out the wall behind you, destroying the Bouncer as you fly away.

This can be useful in a number of scenarios. For example, if an enemy has you weak and you need to create some distance to heal up, or if you are rotating endgame and don’t want anyone to follow you.

It is better than just shooting the Bouncer out, as it allows you to focus on firing at other players or planning out your landing. However, remember that this edit will only destroy the Bouncer if the wall is not securely connected to any other builds.
