Find new players to team up with in all the upcoming competitive events

Have you ever wanted to play in the next Fortnite event but didn’t have enough players in your squad to round out the team? Want to meet new like-minded people willing to grind? If so, we’ve got the answer

Introducing -- Fortnite Looking for Players

Today we launched the beta of our looking for players tool, a new feature aimed at pairing you up with similarly skilled players to grind the competitive leaderboards

We wanted to set our sights on this project after seeing the difficulty and pain points that were associated with finding new teammates in Fortnite. Unlike other games, Fortnite utilizes a variable team structure

One day you’ll be playing duos, the next trios. As a result, players need to adapt to the environment and, at times, find an extra player or two on the spot

As this tool is meant to assist you competitive players out there, we’ve tailored the search features to filter for relevant statistics. These include:

  • Earnings

  • Power Rankings

  • Top 100 placements

  • & more

Verification

A pain point that we really wanted to focus on was introducing a level of trust -- in that, you’re playing with who your teammate says he is. I’ve heard countless stories of someone pairing up with a random guy on discord who linked highly accoladed account, only for an impostor to join the lobby

With our system, players must verify their Epic account with us if they want to receive the blue checkmark next to their name. If the checkmark is there, it’s legit

If you’re subscribed to our TRN Premium program, your account will be highlighted in gold and stickied to the top of our results for a short period. This should help you get more leads, and hopefully, a new teammate

We’re so very excited to share even more awesome tools for the competitive community. Follow us on Twitter to stay up to date on all of our moves!
