Ex-TSM recruit Khanada announces his new home: Built By Gamers

If you’re a competitive junkie, you’ve probably heard of the name Khanada once or twice. The cash cup slayer turned wager warrior is well antiquated with the likes of Clix, UnknownArmy, Ops and more

Khanada has had a complicated journey with making Fortnite a career. While he has had elite success during competition, his content creation has been all but smooth sailing

Top Fortnite players make most of their income by creating content -- whether that be live streaming to Twitch, creating compelling YouTube videos, or building a social presence that organizations value

Last year, Khanada signed to Team SoloMid to round out one of the most dominant Fortnite teams in North America. After multiple rounds of Twitch suspensions due to ToS violations however, Khanada was permanently banned from his most valuable platform

Since TSM has a high level partnership and exclusivity contract with Twitch, this created a massive conflict of interest. It became clear that Khanada’s actions off the court had cost him his roster spot on perhaps the most highly respected team in the game

Since then, Khanada laid relatively low despite maintaining his status as the 5th top Fortnite player in NA-East, according to our Power Rankings

Today, Khanada has broken relative silence with the announcement that he would be joining the snowballing Built By Gamers team

Khanada was streaming on YouTube to celebrate his new home when the platform rained on his parade. YouTube temporarily disabled Khanada’s ability to live stream which made for an abrupt ending

By the looks of it, Khanada is getting things fixed behind the scenes

Regardless, Built By Gamers has quickly become one of the hottest North American organizations, entering the ranks of TSM or NRG. Their current roster is:

  • Khanada

  • Bucks

  • Yung Calculator

  • Haz

  • Kreo

  • Ajay

After releasing Ronaldo, who would shortly thereafter join competitor NRG, Built By Gamers bounced back in a very big way with these recent pickups. At this rate, they’re making a bid to be the top North American organization in terms of raw talent
