New customizable NFL Fortnite skins coming soon

Rep your NFL team in Fortnite with these upcoming Gridiron Gang cosmetics.

Epic Games’ partnership with the National Football League (NFL) began during Fortnite Chapter 1, Season 6. The release of the Fourth Down set gave players the opportunity to represent their favorite football team in-game.

Fast forward a little over two years, and it’s time for an upgrade. In an official NFL press release it was announced that, “New NFL-themed outfits will complement new characters joining the Gridiron Gang”.

The outfits, which have been redesigned to appear more athletic and aerodynamic, are set to hit the Fortnite Item Shop on November 25. Football fans will be able to don the colors of all 32 NFL teams, picking between two selectable styles.

Further customization options will allow players to set their own jersey number, as well as decide whether or not a reflective visor is necessary. To complete the look, the new Logo-a-go-go Back Bling can transform into the logo of any team.

We are not yet sure on the rarity of these new releases, but the original NFL skins were available for 1,500 V-Bucks. If you are thinking of purchasing additional V-Bucks, you may be entitled to a free 2 month Disney Plus membership.

With an NFL x Rocket League collaboration planned for later this year, it is likely that we will continue to see Epic Games work with the National Football League on future Fortnite content.
