Ballatw and ShyoWager announce FNTASIA Podcast

The new show will cover all things competitive Fortnite related.

This an exciting one for comp Fortnite fans! Two of the most respected figures in the scene are coming together to present a weekly podcast.

Arten “Ballatw” Esa and Shayan “ShyoWager” Shehryar have been bringing good vibes and insightful analysis to our screens for a long time now. The pair have always done their upmost for the community, even putting on their own broadcast live from DreamHack Anaheim 2020 to ensure that the people who couldn’t make it could still tune in.

Earlier this week, Balla sadly confirmed that he would not feature on any of this season’s official FNCS programming. Many speculate that Epic’s decision not to include Balla was a direct response to his comments on Solos and the future of competitive Fortnite.

After breaking this news, Balla revealed that he would instead be working on a selection of personal projects, including interviews, hype videos and educational content. Well now, the first of these projects seems to be ready to launch.

FNTASIA will fill a void left by the fizzling out of Hotline FN, a live call-in show covering hot takes on pro Fortnite. This new format opens the door to endless possibilities, and we should get to hear from some very high-profile guests in the future.
