NA-East Dreamhack had a thrilling conclusion; Marz was able to secure the first place finish
A back and forth battle between Marz and Bugha turned this event into a real nail biter for fans. When the dust settled, Marz edged out Bugha by just a few points and took home a $10,000 bag

To give you guys some more context as to how we got here, we’re going to have to take it back a few steps
The Dreamhack finals was set up to be a custom lobby of 100 qualified players to compete in a 6 game event. Same exact point structure applies as the previous events
In game 4, Marz pulled ahead with a clutch Victory Royale after eliminating Justice from the high ground

But Bugha was only a few paces behind; one solid game from the solo World Cup champion could send him over at the last second
… And Bugha did everything in his power to get those few extra points. In game 6, at the very last second, Bugha found himself in a top 2 scenario versus Rocaine:
That last game was neck and neck with @RocaineG grabbing the W.

While Bugha was on the high ground just like Marz in game 4, he wasn’t able to get the final elimination. That elimination would have given Bugha enough points to flip him over to 1st place, an extra $5,000 prize
Regardless, both players had a hell of a day on the battlefield and will be paid handsomely for their efforts
The best rotate of 2020
NRG Unknown was one of the top finishers in yesterday’s event - shocker. But his most memorable moment wasn’t an insane kill or huge clutch up by any means. Take a look at how Unknown put together a hilarious yet effective rotate into one of the final zones
unknown with the god rotate?? from r/FortniteCompetitive
Unknown used a crash pad to jump into a big semi-truck which was already being driven by another opponent. He dials the radio to Party Royale and jumps out of the passenger seat fully boxed up in the next zone
It takes guts to do something like that in a $250,000 tournament; it takes even more guts to actually execute the rotate flawlessly. All in all, Unknown was rewarded $800 for his 21st place finish in the event
